Our Nordic Walking clinics offer instruction and guidance in the technique of Nordic walking, a total body workout that uses specialized poles to enhance walking. These clinics cover correct posture, walking form, pole technique, and the health benefits of Nordic Walking. Pole rental included.
Time: 10:00am May 3rd or May 24 (same clinic each day)
Location: Meet next to parkinglot at Homestead Hollow, Lapham Peak Park, Delafield, WI 53018. State park pass required.
Registration includes signing the waiver. PLEASE ensure the waiver is completed prior to arrival.
