What does this have to do with SUP?
If you live in a climate that turns our beloved playground to ice...do not fear. There are a lot of ways to stay in paddle shape over the winter. One of our favorites is XC Skiing. We use the same major muscle groups and it also helps with those smaller muscles that help keep us balanced on a paddleboard.
