Domestic Orders
- All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours!
- To ensure you the best rate, we calculate the shipping cost and add it to your order manually.
Offshore Orders
- Orders delivered outside the continetal US must be a minimum of $200.00.
- This includes all international destinations and US zip codes to AK, HI, PR plus all US territories including APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
- After you submit your order, we will email you a shipping rate quote for your approval before processing your order.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please give us a call so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. All exchanges/returns must have a RMA# on the packaging. Items received without a RMA# on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
Returns of any UNUSED items are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund excluding shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, tags, etc. Merchandise returned that looks used or without all original packaging is subject to a restocking fee. Ship returns UPS, FedEx or delivery confirmation US mail. We cannot accept COD's or collect shipments.

We update our website daily, so it's very unlikely that a closeout item you order on our site will be sold out. In the rare event when demand exceeds supply, we'll contact you within one day.
