Boards ship for the flat rate of $99.

Domestic Orders

• All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours!
• To ensure you the best rate, we calculate the shipping cost and add it to your order manually.

International Orders

• All orders delivered outside of the US or US Territories must be a minimum of $200.
• Some items cannot be shipped internationally. When you submit your order, we'll email you a rate quote.

Expedited Delivery
Please enter expedited delivery instructions in the Special Instructions section when checking out. We will respond to your request by email prior to shipment. If we are in the office, this will be within one hour, otherwise within one hour of arriving at the office.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please give us a call so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. All exchanges/returns must have a RMA# on the packaging. Items received without a RMA# on the outside of the packaging will be refused.

Returns of any UNUSED items are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund excluding shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, tags, etc. Merchandise returned that looks used or without all original packaging is subject to a restocking fee. Ship returns UPS, FedEx or delivery confirmation US mail. We cannot accept COD's or collect shipments.

Backorders:
We will notify you at the time we receive your order of any item not in stock and its expected delivery date. We will not charge you until the day we ship except for special orders.
Special Orders:
If there's an item you don't see on our website and would like our assistance in getting it for you, please email us at: info@paddleboardspecialists.com.
Product Availability:
With over 200 SUP boards, 150 paddles and extensive accessory inventory, it is unlikely there will be any delay in your order being shipped. Should there be a delay, we will advise you within one day of receipt of your order.
Product Availability - Closeouts:
We update our website daily, so it's very unlikely that a closeout item you order on our site will be sold out. In the rare event when demand exceeds supply, we'll contact you within one day.

All orders will receive an e-mail confirmation to assure that your order has been placed. If you don't receive verification from us within 15 minutes of your order, please email us at: info@paddleboardspecialists.com.
