Hollow Polyfused Sandwich Construction - Revolutionary building process. HPF is a revolutionary process using state of the art board building materials which eliminates the need for an EPS core. Using a combination of glass, carbon fiber resin, and a thin layer of foam, these materials are literally fused together creating a hollow, stiff and durable, lightweight shell.

The construction process consists of a unique layering of materials throughout the board, reinforcing specific areas with denser glass and Carbon Fiber. What is truly unique and proprietary to Slingshot is the heat and pressurized molding process. This process literally fuses the materials together to create an entirely new compound that allows or a stronger, lighter, hollow board. Proudly built in our factory in the USA.
